How to use

Respirata: Add 3-5 drops of synergy for diffusers to a container with water. Repeat as needed. Ventilate the area regularly.

Apply the chest balm to the chest and back, morning and evening.
Suitable for children over 3 years old.

Instructions for use: children from 3 years old: 1 time per day, after meals, 2 teaspoons of syrup.
