Pine essential oil is produced by steam distillation of twigs and needles and contains up to 85% of monoterpenes and up to 10% od sesquiterpenes.

In folk medicine pine has been used for colds because it is a strong mucolytic. It stimulates the secretion of cortisol and balances it. It was traditionally used for autoimmune diseases, hypotension, asthma, allergies, rheumatoid artritis and arthrosis.  Pine has excellent purifieing and refreshing properties for the living space so it is great for essential oil diffusors.

Keep away from light and heat. Do not apply directly on skin or mucose membranes. Not for oral use. Keep away from children
